Welcome to Imposter. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Imposter game website at imposterofficial.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service does not require you to register an account. Any player names, custom words, and scores you create are stored locally in your browser and are your responsibility.

The Service lets you add custom words and player names for your own game. You are solely responsible for the content you enter and must not input anything unlawful, infringing, or offensive. Because this content stays on your device and is not submitted to us, you retain full control over it.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, word lists, and code, is owned by Imposter or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

The Service is supported by advertising, including through Google AdSense. Ads and any third-party links are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for the content, products, or services of third parties. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and them.
